This means that the file was not sent to the cloud. This can mainly depend on three factors:
-There is no internet connection on the device you're using.
-The service of 'Babylon Cloud Client' is off.
-The firewall is limiting the file's upload and download activities.
In the first case, we need to ask to check the internet is working and the connection is stable.
If the connection is OK, we next need to check if the service is running. We only need to open Windows's Task manager (You can open the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc altogether). > Under the tab "Service", search for "BabylonCloudWorkerService". If the service is running, you're all set, but if it has stopped, you will need to restart the process by clicking on it with the right mouse button and then pressing Start.
If the service and the connection are OK, you will need to check the firewall or antivirus software in your device, and you will need to add an exception to the Application Babylon Cloud. To add an exception to the Windows Firewall, please follow these steps: Click on "Start" and select "Control Panel". > Double-click on "Windows Firewall" to open the Windows Firewall window. > Click on the "Exceptions" tab. Finally,> Click on the check mark box for the program you want (in this case, Babylon Cloud).
Can I see a file in a backup folder, even if I am not at the location where the backup is performing?
Yes, you can. Through the Web Portal, you can see all of your files, the ones on your Web Device and those in your backup devices.
After you log in on the Web Portal, you can change the device you want to consult (on the top left of the page, right next to the Babylon Cloud logo). This will allow you to see all of the files from your different devices.
